Vegan Breakfast Burritos

Sunshine Burgers Recipes gives you the vegan breakfast burrito. What an excellent choice when you are craving something a little different in the morning. The hummus, cheese, veggies and veggie burger, come together and taste great and cover all of your nutritional needs to start the day off right.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free tortilla
  • 1/4 cup Daiya shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 2 leaves of kale (or other veggie), chopped a handful of mushrooms (or other veggie)
  • 1 Hemp & Sage Breakfast Sunshine Burger patty, warmed and crumbled
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced sprouts salsa or hot sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the tortilla and spread hummus on one side. Top with veggies, Sunshine Burger crumbles and shredded “cheese.” Garnish with avocado and sprouts. Fold up and enjoy.
