On a short list of favorite breakfast foods, the pancake has got to be close to the top. But if you think you’ve tried all the different kinds of flapjacks, think again.

- 1 cup Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 3 tbsp Hemp Oil
- 1 cup Organic Whole Wheat Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Honey (optional)
- 4 Eggs - slightly beaten
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt - Plain or Vanilla
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 1 cup Blueberries
Combine flour, Hemp Hearts, baking powder, soda and salt into bowl.
Combine eggs, greek yogurt, honey, vanilla and water.
Whisk in oil.
Pour over dry ingredients.
Use blender or mixer to mix to smooth consistency.
Add the blueberries (if you are adding fruit to your pancakes).
Cook on (buttered) pan/griddle (medium heat).
Cook until tops are bubbly - turn and cook until browned.
Add your toppings and serve.
