Almond Cashew Butter Banana Bread

This Almond Cashew Butter Banana Bread is easy to make and is full of nutty and rich flavor. It is made with whole-wheat flour and is moist and delicious!

  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/4 cup Bestie Almond & Cashew Butter
  • 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Almond Cashew Butter Drizzle

  • 1/4 cup Bestie Almond & Cashew Butter


  1. Preheat oven to 325°. Spray a bread pan (or smaller baking dishes) with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, milk, eggs and vanilla until smooth. Mix in bananas and nut butter. mix in the flour and baking soda.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool. Heat up the rest of the almond and cashew butter and drizzle over the top of bread. Enjoy!
