Yogurt Waldorf Salad

This vegan version of the famous Waldorf Salad is made with sweet and tart apples and dairy-free raspberry yogurt. Topped with coconut bacon bits this salad is sure to set your meal off right!


  • 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and cubed
  • 1 Sweet Red Apple, cored and cubed
  • 1 C. Celery, chopped
  • 1 C. Red Seedless Grapes, halved
  • 1 C. Toasted Walnuts (or coconut), chopped
  • 1 Head (or two hearts) Romaine Lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegan Mayo
  • 3 Tbsp. So Delicious Dairy Free Raspberry Coconutmilk Yogurt Alternative
  • 3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice, divided
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Pepper
  • Coconut Bacon, garnish


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add in the vegan mayo, raspberry yogurt, salt, and pepper. Whisk to combine.
  2. Add in the chopped apples and squeeze half the lemon juice over the mixture while combining.
  3. Add in the celery grapes and nuts, then fold to combine.
  4. Cover with a plate or plastic wrap and allow to marinade in the fridge for 1 hour (optional).
