This healthy take on one of America’s favorite condiments is so easy and delicious you’ll be happy you took the 5 extra minutes it takes to prepare. It adds a great flavor to any sandwich without all the extra calories. You’ll be so thrilled with the taste you won’t believe that it is good for you too!


  • 1/2 cup Silk Unsweetened Original almond milk
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper


  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. When smooth, place in a bowl and chill in the fridge (this will continue to thicken the mixture).
  3. Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
