Toasted Sesame Noodle Salad

You will not find a quicker, easier noodle salad than this one. It takes 10 minutes to prepare and when you are finished you’ll have a restaurant quality meal. The noodles, vegetables and soy sauce come together to make a perfect Asian dish that your company will love. With its quick prep time you will have plenty of time to socialize with your dinner companions.


  • 2 packages Toasted Sesame
  • 3/4 cup shredded carrot
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas
  • 1 red bell pepper julienned
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 2 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce


  1. Heat noodles in microwave for 30 seconds
  2. Pour noodles into bowl with veggies and stir
  3. Mix sesame oil and soy sauce together in separate bowl
  4. Pour sauce on noodle mixture, toss together, and serve cold
