Superseed Energy Balls Courtesy of: Manitoba Harvest Rating: 0 No votes yet Servings: Prep: Cook: Total Time: Share this: facebook twitter pinterest email Print Description Ingredients 1 1/2 cups medjool dates, pitted 1/4 cup cacao nibs 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts 1/4 cup ground flax 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling the balls in 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder Directions Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a smooth dough. If the dough is not sticky enough you can add a few more dates and blend again. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and then roll it into a ball. Repeat until all the dough is gone. Roll the balls in the unsweetened shredded coconut and store in a container in the fridge.
