Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup Hemp Hearts
  • 1/4 cup ground flax
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut plus extra for rolling the balls in
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until it forms a smooth dough. If the dough is not sticky enough you can add a few more dates and blend again.
  2. Use a tablespoon to scoop out the mixture and then roll it into a ball.
  3. Repeat until all the dough is gone.
  4. Roll the balls in the unsweetened shredded coconut and store in a container in the fridge.
