Short on time? This easy throw-together breakfast is super-fooded-up with a ZEGO bar to add protein, Omega 3s, fiber and taste without the time needed to mix in a lot of ingredients. Oh, and it's delicious!


  • 1 cup base - coconut shavings, gluten free granola or oatmeal, leftover rice or quinoa pick what works for your diet best
  • 1 handful fave fruit - strawberries, bananas, etc small berries are faster--no slicing needed!
  • 1 bar any flavor ZEGO Seed + Fruit bar pick for your mood--Monday morning chocolate, or maybe a soothing Wednesday morning Apple Cinnamon
  • 1 handful coconut shavings if you haven't already added them
  • 1 handful other pick any additions you want that meet your dietary needs (like cashews or sunflower butter), or just use the ones above
