Super Power Balls

A great way to get kids helping in the kitchen, have them help make these super easy super power balls! Protein packed and full of flavor, these are a satisfying snack that's easy to take with you. Enjoy as a pre- or post-workout snack or as a healthy dessert before bed.


  • 1/2 cup peanut, almond or macadamia butter
  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup instant nonfat dry milk
  • 1 cup Barbara’s Fruit Juice Sweetened Corn Flakes, crushed


  1. Mix everything together except crushed flakes.
  2. Roll into balls.
  3. Put corn flakes on plate and roll balls in flakes.
  4. Place balls on separate plate.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate for 1/2 hour before serving.
  7. For variety, add 1/4 cup of nuts, raisins, coconut, carob chips, or wheat germ and cinnamon.
  8. Use Barbara’s Brown Rice Crisps instead of corn flakes.
