This noodle soup has lots of flavor with ginger sesame dipping sauce. Ingredients 2/3 cup the ginger people Ginger Sesame Sauce 6 cups organic vegetable or chicken broth 2 cups water 1 Tbsp. the ginger people Grated Ginger 1 Tbsp. minced garlic 1 bunch green onions, trimmed and cut into 1-inch lengths 1/2 small Napa cabbage, shredded 6 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stemmed and quartered 2 to 3 carrots, peeled and cut into matchstick-pieces 1 package LightLife Smart Strips – Steak 1 8-oz. package Lightlife Organic Soy Tempeh, cut into 1-inch cubes 6 oz. Udon noodles Directions Divide Ginger Sesame Sauce among individual small bowls; set aside. In large pot, combine broth, water, grated ginger, garlic, green onions, cabbage, mushrooms, and carrots; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add Smart Strips “Steak”, tempeh and noodles; cook until heated through and noodles are tender, about 5 more minutes. Divide among soup bowls. Serve with Ginger Sesame Sauce for dipping.
