This simple and easy breakfast can be made ahead of time and prepared for a healthy week. Adding chia seeds will help add volume and bulk the oats up, as well as a healthy dose of omega-3s.

  • 1 (5.3 oz) container Silk Fruity & Creamy, any flavor
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup Silk soy, almond or coconutmilk
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (such as berries, peaches or sliced banana)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and let sit overnight in the fridge.
  3. Serve hot or cold, topped with additional fruit, chopped nuts or granola, if desired.

NOTE: For additional nutrition, add 1 Tbsp chia seeds or 1 Tbsp ground flax to mixture before refrigerating.
