Loaded with omega-3s from the hemp protein and antioxidants from the raspberries, this smoothie will help jump start your day the right way! Light and refreshing, you'll be done with this smoothie before you can say "razzamatazz".


  • 2 scoops Manitoba Harvest hemp protein powder (any flavour of your choice)
  • 2 cups dairy, hemp, rice or almond milk
  • 1 cup Papaya, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen Raspberries


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
