Raw Guacamole Tacos

This recipe is part of Daily Greens™ fantastic Fall Cleanse. The Daily Greens™ Cleanse Philosophy emphasizes the importance of detoxing your cells and nourishing your body gently and naturally. How? By combining Daily Greens™ green juices with an array of raw fruits and vegetables!


Guacamole Ingredients

  • 2 cubed avocados
  • 2 chopped roma tomatoes
  • ¼ finely chopped red onion
  • 1-2 chopped garlic cloves
  • ½ finely chopped de-seeded jalapeño
  • ½ bunch of cilantro leaves
  • juice of ½ lime
  • sea salt and pepper (to taste)

Additional Ingredients

  • 4-5 large romaine leaves
  • handful of sprouts
  • 2-3 tbs. raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 gluten free taco shell


  1. In a bowl, roughly mash avocado to desired consistency
  2. Mix in lime juice
  3. Add salt and pepper to desired taste
  4. Add in the remaining Guacamole ingredients and mix by hand
  5. Scoop guacamole on to 4-5 large romaine leaves
  6. Top with a handful of sprouts and 2-3 tbs. raw pumpkin seeds
  7. Roll into a taco and enjoy!
