It certainly soothes an upset tummy. Ingredients 1/2 or 3/4 cup pureed pumpkin 1 cup ice 1/2 cup chopped fennel (optional) 1/2 teaspoon diced fresh ginger 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 serving protein powder of choice (Raw Garden of Life Chai or Pea Protein are my favorites) 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon dry ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest 1/2 gala apple 1 frozen banana Directions Dump into a blender, puree until smooth. I like to dust with cinnamon and cocoa powder, and a little stevia or honey at the end, and eat it with warm toast.
