Description

This dairy-free smoothie is great as a snack or dessert. The pomegranate juice gives your average strawberry and banana smoothie just the kick you never knew you wanted. Freeze the extra fruit so you can make these in a pinch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (8 oz.) Vanilla Almond Breeze® Almondmilk
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries, partially thawed
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

Directions

  1. Blend Almond Breeze with remaining ingredients until smooth.
