Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lifeway Plain Low Fat Kefir
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

Directions

  1. Combine banana, pineapple, and Low Fat Plain Kefir in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
