It’s true when they say that some sandwiches are just more fun to eat without the crust. Do they say that? I’ll say that! These three sandwiches are all different and all equally delicious. Perfect for children and adults alike. Create a sandwich bar and allow everyone to make their favorite version. I’ve given you three varieties to start with, but there are many more options that would also be fun to try. With whole wheat bread and peanut butter they are a great lunch option any day of the week!

Ingredients

Peanut Butter & Chocmeister Crustless Sandwich Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 1-2 tablespoons Smooth Operator Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoons Chocmeister Milk Chocolatey Hazelnut Spread


Peanut Butter, Banana & Honey Crustless Sandwich Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 1-2 tablespoons The Bee’s Knee’s Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 banana, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 teaspoons raw honey


Peanut Butter & Jam Crustless Sandwich Ingredients:

  • 2 slices Whole Grain Bread
  • 1-2 tablespoons Smooth Operator Peanut Butter
  • 1-2 tablespoons jam (I used an organic seedless blackberry)


Equipment:

  • A pastry or tart press

Directions

  1. Depending on which variation you make, you’ll spread peanut butter on one of the two slices of bread.

  2. On the other slice of bread you’ll spread your coordinating toppings: Chocmeister spread, bananas and honey, or jam. You can either spread liberally or a thin layer – whichever your preference.
