Just an exercise in creativity. (Not to mention, fun to see the colors that come out when spinach and fennel are added.) Ingredients 1 frozen ripe banana 1 unfrozen ripe banana 1/2 cup organic soy milk 1/2-2/3 cup organic frozen spinach pinch fennel seed 1-2 tbs Garden of Life Raw Vanilla Protein Powder 2 tbs organic cocoa powder 2 tbs organic PB (Maranatha celiac-safe and excellent) 1 tsp organic PB 1 cup crushed ice 1 tsp raw honey Directions Add fennel and spinach to blender. layer 1 tsp PB, protein powder, frozen and unfrozen bananas, and ice. Add soy milk (if it's difficult to blend, add a bit more, or water). Blend well. Blend and blend until utterly smooth. Sometimes, the spinach or seeds take a bit longer. Pour into a tall glass or mason jar. Dust with cocoa powder, additional protein powder, and PB and honey. Serve immediately, or chill 5 mins to ice the top!
