Parmesan, Parsley, and Maldon Salt Popcorn

Description

This popcorn is a healthy and super tasty alternative to keep you from enviously eyeing the buttery buckets of the people next to you in the theater. Go ahead and whip up a batch at home and sneak it in your bag. We won’t tell.

Ingredients

  • 18 cups popped popcorn
  • 4 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsle

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine freshly popped popcorn and truffle oil, drizzling until all kernels are lightly coated.
  2. Add grated Parmesan, tossing well (continue to mix the popcorn to prevent cheese from clumping).
  3. Top with salt and parsley.
