Overnight Almond Milk With Soaked Salba Chia Seeds

If you want a post or pre workout drink, need to please a sweet tooth or just need a drink this easy milk will help with that. If you aren’t a fan of almond Milk you may choose any milk you prefer (it’s great with cashew milk). ** Drink is best when left in the fridge overnight or a few hours before enjoying.


  • 12-15 oz Jar/glass
  • 12 oz of preferred milk
  • 2 TBS of Salba Chia Whole seeds


  1. Mix ingredients into jar or glass
  2. Cover with plastic wrap (optional)
  3. Place in fridge overnight or for several hours before enjoying
  4. Add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top (optional)
