No need to limit your addiction to restaurant meals because now you can make these at home. Ingredients 2 lb sweet potatoes (peeled and cut into wedges) 1/4 cup Emile Noel extra-virgin olive oil or walnut oil salt +spices (cayenne chili powder, paprika, or any seasoning of choice) Note: The baking times are approximate; it depends on how thick you cut the wedges or rounds of sweet potatoes. Directions Preheat oven to 450°F. Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges. Toss wedges with oil, salt and spices. Spread potato wedges into a single layer on a baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Halfway through, at 15 minutes, take out the baking pan and turn the potatoes over to brown both sides.
