Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. marinara sauce
  • 8 sheets no boil lasagna  
  • 12 oz. ricotta cheese
  • 2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package Nate’s Meatless Meatballs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. In an 8” square baking dish spread out 2 oz. of marinara sauce

1st Layer

  1. Place 2 pasta sheets on top of sauce
  2. Cover pasta with 4 oz. ricotta cheese
  3. Add 2 oz. of sauce over cheese

2nd Layer

  1. Add 2 pasta sheets
  2. Add 4 oz. ricotta cheese
  3. Add 1 oz. shredded mozzarella

3rd Layer

  1. Add 2 pasta sheets
  2. Add 2 oz. marinara sauce
  3. Add 4 oz. ricotta cheese

4th Layer

  1. Add 2 pasta sheets
  2. Add 2 oz. marinara sauce
  3. Add 8 Nate’s Meatless Meatballs
  4. Sprinkle 1 oz. mozzarella cheese around meatballs and on top if desired
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for 10 to 15 minutes more until bubbly
