Meatless Meatballs & Broccoli with Spaghetti

Description

Ingredients

  • 1 16 oz. package spaghetti
  • 1 quart marinara sauce
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 package Nate’s Meatless Meatballs
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen peas
  • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
  • 4 leaves fresh basil, thinly sliced (optional)
  • Shredded Parmesan or Romano cheese (optional)

Directions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package directions
  2. Add broccoli to the boiling spaghetti water, 5 minutes before the spaghetti is finished
  3. Strain the spaghetti and broccoli
  4. Heat marinara, add peas and Nate’s Meatless Meatballs and simmer for about 10 minutes
  5. Add spaghetti and broccoli
  6. Toss well to cover all ingredients with sauce, toss in fresh tomatoes
  7. Serve individually and sprinkle basil and cheese on top
