Putting a sweet maple syrup twist on an antioxidant-rich blueberry smoothie with added protein to keep you fuller longer.


  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 scoop Protein Superfood, Pure Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • handful of ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, starting with the softest ingredients and the hardest ingredients on top. This will prevent the blender from seizing up.
  2. Enjoy!
