Try this smoothie and it will quickly become an easy favorite. The creamy vanilla yogurt and orange juice blend surprisingly well and the addition of the mango and banana give it a tropical, fruity flavor that is really delicious.
1 organic mango, peeled, seeded, and cut into chunks
1 organic banana, peeled and chopped
1 cup organic orange juice
1 cup non-fat vanilla nonfat Brown Cow Vanilla yogurt
Place mango, banana, orange juice, and yogurt in a blender.
Blend until smooth. Serve cold.
