Share this: facebook twitter pinterest email Print Description Set the bar high for your kid's eating habits with this twist on one of the top comfort foods out there. Annie's Mac & Cheese Bars will have your kiddos jumping for joy. Ingredients 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 cup 2% greek yogurt 2 tablespoons cold butter, chopped into small cubes 1 box Annie’s Shells & White Cheddar 1 1/2 cups greens (we suggest a mix of chard, kale, arugula, and spinach) Directions In a bowl, combine flours and sea salt. Add in Greek yogurt and cold butter and use your fingers to incorporate the butter and Greek yogurt into dough. Place wax paper on a flat surface and dump dough on top. Top with another piece of wax paper. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a flat rectangular sheet. Place the rolled out dough (still inside the wax paper sheets) in the fridge to keep it cool while you make your Shells & White Cheddar. To make your Shells & White Cheddar, follow instructions on back of box. When straining pasta, place greens on the bottom of the colander so the hot water and pasta wilt the greens. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Remove crust from fridge and press into loaf pan. Scoop in pasta and bake for 20 minutes.
