Mac and Cheese Bake

Few things are as sure to please as Mac and Cheese with a crispy baked crust. This is just like how mom used to make it but easier. Make basic mac “homemade” in just 3 steps.


  • 3 Packages Pacific Foods Mac & Cheese
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup coarse breadcrumbs or Panko
  • 4-6 ounces shredded parmesean cheese


  1. Heat over to 400 degrees. Line a glass casserole dish or cast iron pan with butter.
  2. Open three cartons of Pacific Foods Mac & Cheese and spoon into the dish. Cover with foil.
  3. Place dish in the middle of oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Take the casserole out of the oven and remove the foil.
  5. Stir the Mac & Cheese in the dish to make sure it's heated thoroughly.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  7. Place back into the oven without a cover and bake (or broil) until topping is golden brown and cheese topping is melty and bubbly.
