Description

This time of year a lot of us are thinking about how we can make better choices and eat healthier. Eggs are a nutritional powerhouse and can play an important part in a healthy diet! They have every vitamin and mineral that the body needs, except vitamin C. One egg has 6 grams of protein to keep you fuller throughout the day which will help you make better choices when lunch comes around, avoid snacking, and end those mid-afternoon slumps. Eggs also have choline, which is important for brain and cardiovascular health, as well as lutein, which protects our eyes as we age.

When paired with vegetables, eggs make a great basis for a protein-packed meal that has a lot of nutrients. This easy, delicious recipe is one of our favorites.
