Kick it into high gear with our protein-filled, veggie-fueled smoothie! Cayenne pepper brings a bit of heat to the sweet – start with a dash and add more to taste


  • 1 cup Lifeway Banana Protein Kefir
  • ½ apple, cored
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup baby spinach, tightly packed
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • pinch of cayenne


  1. Add all ingredients to the pitcher of a high-powered blender. Blend on high until smooth, or until desired consistency is reached. Add more cayenne, if desired.
