Gluten-Free French Toast has never tasted better than this Canyon Bakehouse recipe.


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Vanilla extract
  • Canyon Bakehouse Mountain White


  1. Whisk the three eggs, coconut milk and vanilla flavor into a deep set bowl.
  2. Cut the bread into small sticks and set into the liquid mixture. Let soak for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat a frying pan with coconut oil and fry the French toast sticks until golden brown on each side. 1. Top with your favorite toppings!
