Cranberry Orange Chick-Pea Spread

A versatile chickpea spread that goes great with pita chips or veggies. Yogurt and olive oil smooth out the chick peas adding good fats, calcium, and protein. Serve at a party or pack in your kids lunches, it's a hit with every age!


  • 1 (Pure Brand from Whole Food) Pure Cranberry Orange Bar
  • 12 ounce canned drained rinsed or cooked chick-peas
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1/ 2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons good olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • pinch of salt...(optional)

  1. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients
  2. Now you have the Amazing Pure Bar Cranberry Orange Chick-Pea Spread!
  3. Put in a bowl and serve along with warm pita brea or chips
  4. Or stuffed into celery stalks….or as a dip for your vegetable’s...carrot’s dipped into this is awesome!…Enjoy
