1 (Pure Brand from Whole Food) Pure Cranberry Orange Bar
12 ounce canned drained rinsed or cooked chick-peas
4 garlic cloves
1/ 2 cup plain yogurt
2 teaspoons good olive oil
3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt...(optional)

In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients
