This delicious Silk Smoothie recipe is courtesy of Tess M. of The Blender Girl


  • 1 1/4 cups Silk Light Chocolate Soymilk
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews*
  • 2 Tbsp gluten free rolled oats
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1 frozen sliced banana**

*Soak the cashews in boiling water for 10 minutes and then drain for the smoothest consistency **Remember to peel and chop the banana before freezing


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy.
