Are you you ready for the big game? Check out this snack-tastic recipe! With waffle fries, our wonderful Chia Cheeze Sauce, a homemade vegan bleu cheese sauce, and Beyond Meat’s Chik’n, this recipe is sure to satisfy!

  • 1 cup water
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat couscous, dry
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped coarsely, packed
  • 1 cup garbanzo beans, washed
  • 2 strips Tempeh bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 T oregano leaves, dry
  • 1 1/2 t basil leaves, dry
  • 1/8 t red pepper flakes
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 3 T apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Heidi Ho Feta crumbles


  1. Heat water on stove top on high until it comes to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Place couscous in fine mesh strainer and rinse under cold water until cooled; drain well.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients, except feta, in a large bowl.
  4. Add couscous to spinach mixture and stir until blended. Add cheese; toss gently.
  5. And sea salt and ground pepper to taste.
