Ingredients

  • 1 cup Woodstock Organic Wild Blueberries
  • 1/2 cup Woodstock Organic Red Raspberries
  • 2 Tablespoons Woodstock Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup non-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. In a blender, blend yogurt, water, blueberries, raspberries, and chia seeds until smooth. If desired, blend in ice cubes to thicken texture. Enjoy!
