Description

This kefir chia pudding is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast, brought to you by our friend Chef Seamus Mullen! Use your favorite flavor of kefir and whatever fresh fruit or fruit confiture your heart desires.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Plain Low Fat Kefir
  • 4 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 8 tablespoons fruit confiture or chopped fresh fruit

Directions

  1. Mix the chia and kefir together. Divide into the four mason jars.
  2. Top with fruit or fruit confiture, cover and refrigerate.
  3. In the morning grab and go!
