Chai Chocolate Smoothie

Try this Chai (Choc Shake). For the fun of it. Nourish your fun and tummy.


  • 2 large organic bananas
  • 1/4-1/2 non-dairy milk (West-Soy Unsweetened or So Delicious Coconut = my go-to's)
  • 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  • dash cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 scoop of Vega One Nutritional Shake (Chai Vanilla)
  • (optional) 3 tbs organic pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup ice (or more)


  1. Add banana, milk, ice, pumpkin, protein powder, in that order, then the rest.
  2. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed, or for a more watery shake.
  3. Dust with cacao and Himalayan Sea Salt. Optionally, top with some raw honey and nut butter!
