For the fun of it. Nourish your fun and tummy. Ingredients 2 large organic bananas 1/4-1/2 non-dairy milk (West-Soy Unsweetened or So Delicious Coconut = my go-to's) 2 tbs raw cacao powder dash cinnamon 1 1/2 scoop of Vega One Nutritional Shake (Chai Vanilla) (optional) 3 tbs organic pumpkin puree 1 cup ice (or more) Directions Add banana, milk, ice, pumpkin, protein powder, in that order, then the rest. Blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed, or for a more watery shake. Dust with cacao and Himalayan Sea Salt. Optionally, top with some raw honey and nut butter!
