Description

With seasonal flavors, textures and colors, this recipe is everything you love about fall. All in one bowl!

Ingredients

  • 4 Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Medium banana
  • ½ C. Pumpkin Puree
  • ½ C. Plain Greek Style Coconut Milk Yogurt Alternative
  • 1½ C. Pumpkin Spice Coconut Milk Beverage
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup (optional)

Topping Ideas:

  • Bananas
  • Chia seeds
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Toasted Coconut
  • Chocolate covered cocoa nibs
  • Sunflower seeds
  • Dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend well.
  2. Serve in a chilled bowl and add toppings.
  3. Makes 4 smoothie bowls.
