This juice is the perfect afternoon treat, with no added sugar or unpronounceable ingredients, you just can’t beat it! Fresh parsley and ginger liven up this refreshing 4 ingredient juice.


  • 24 carrots
  • 3 Gala apples
  • 2 tablespoons flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 1/2-inch piece fresh ginger


  1. Wash ingredients - no need to peel! Using a juicer, process carrots, apples, parsley and ginger. Whisk and enjoy!
