This hearty and delicious smoothie is the perfect on-the-go breakfast. Kefir, granola, almonds and banana blend together to make a thick, ice cream like consistency. You'll think you're eating a sinful dessert instead of a nutritionally balanced breakfast!

  • 10 oz Lifeway Lowfat Vanilla Kefir
  • 2 scoops of granola
  • 1 scoop of almonds
  • 1 frozen banana


  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. If it gets too thick, add a tablespoon of water.
  3. Pour into a tall glass once blended.
