Blueberry Overnight Oats

Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp Hemp Hearts
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Blend half of the blueberries in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Then mix all of the ingredients (including the blended blueberries) in a large bowl and let it set in the fridge overnight.
  3. In the morning, stir the oats, place them in a bowl or mason jar and enjoy!
  4. You can also top the overnight oats with fresh blueberries, and more Hemp Hearts.
  5. The mixture should keep in the fridge for two to three days.
