Yes, finally a simple, gluten free recipe for a classic breakfast. Warm, homemade blueberry muffins just like you remembered them, but without the worry of wheat.


  • 1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
  • 3 tbsp NOW Real Food® Agave Nectar*
  • 2 tbsp grape seed oil
  • 2 tbsp NOW Real Food® Erythritol*
  • 1/3 cup coconut, finely shredded
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp NOW Real Food® Vanilla Extract*
  • 1 cup NOW Real Food® Gluten-Free Baking Mix*

  2. Fold in baking Mix
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
