Berry Good Smoothie

This yummy smoothie is a great way to refuel on the go after a morning run, yoga, or just a reward for getting out of bed. With antioxidants and protein, it will fill you with all the berry benefits.


  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat plain kefir (a milk-based drink)
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 banana
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen blackberries, strawberries and raspberries


  1. Combine the kefir, grape juice, honey and banana in a blender.
  2. Add the berries and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain or put through a sieve.
