The Bee’s Knees Toasted Mac + Cheese Sandwich

Who doesn't love Mac & Cheese? Now your kids can enjoy it on a sandwich thanks to this recipe by Rudi's Organic Bakery. Add a garden salad, sliced strawberries and blueberries, and an Honest Kids Berry Berry Good Lemonade Juice to their lunchbox for a delicious and nutritious meal.


  • 2 slices Rudi’s Organic Country Morning White Sandwich Bread
  • ¼ cup Annie’s Homegrown Shells and White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese, cooked
  • 1 tbsp. butter, melted


  1. Heat a non-stick griddle on medium heat
  2. Spread ½ tbsp. of butter on one side of both slices of bread.
  3. Place macaroni and cheese mixture between the two non-buttered sides of bread and place on the griddle.
  4. Turn over after 5 minutes and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until bread is golden brown
