They are so simple to heat up in the morning and so nutritious. Ingredients 1 ½ cups Familia Original or No Sugar Müesli 1 cups flour ½ cup brown sugar 1 ¼ tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. ground cinnamon ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg ¼ tsp. salt 2 cups buttermilk 1 egg, beaten 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 2 tbsp. maple syrup ½ cup raisins Directions Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl; make a “well” in the center. Stir buttermilk, egg, oil, and syrup together; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened. Stir in raisins. Batter will be lumpy, do not overmix. Spoon into greased muffin cups. Bake in preheated 350° oven 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately.
