For our 2 Minute Superfood Smoothie, ZEGO adds all the flavor and a big does of superfoods with protein, Omega 3s and fiber! Ingredients 1 cup milk alternative coconut milk, rice milk, or substitute water + half and avocado! 1 handful greens we prefer kale but use whatever is in the fridge! 1 bar ZEGO Seed + Fruit bar cut into 8 pieces, pick the flavor that fits your mood! Directions Throw ingredients into a blender and hit GO! That's it. We love the coconut ribbon and chocolate flavors for this, and even sometimes mix the two in a double recipe to share.
