How do you make sure that the food you produce does not have any top 8 allergens?
To ensure our foods are safely free from peanuts, tree nuts and gluten, we created our Field to FingersTM Process. We work closely with our suppliers so our ingredients are processed using only nut-free equipment. We vacuum off incoming ingredient packages to ensure they’re safe before bringing them into our production area, where our incredible team of “Care-bakers” prepare our foods with love and care. All products contain soy, and our snack bars contain dairy.
Are your products made in a dedicated facility?
As part of our Field to FingersTM Nut-Free Process, we built our own dedicated facility to ensure it had never had a nut in it. In addition to being free of peanuts and tree nuts, our dedicated facility is entirely free from gluten, wheat, eggs, sesame and coconut. All our products are certified Gluten Free, Organic and Kosher-Dairy. Our “Care-bakers” are committed to creating safe nut-free, gluten-free foods that are also delicious.
What is your most popular product and do you have any new products coming out?
Parents magazine included our Simply Cinnamon spread in its 25 Best Allergy-Friendly Packaged Foods 2017. A few months earlier, Delicious Living named our Chocolate as Best Spread 2016. Both award-winning spreads, plus our two peanut-butter alternatives, are available in 16 oz. jars and 1.2 oz. single-serving Dips. On the snack bar side, Gorilla Power and Whitewater Chomp are most popular. We’ve just given them new packaging that shows off their yummy texture and fun drizzle.
