Although an allergen may not be a direct ingredient, it may be present in the facility where the product was produced. Enjoy Life’s bakery operates under strict regulations and routine rapid tests are performed to ensure our products are free-from gluten and the top 8 allergens.
4. Identify higher risk areas
Exposed foods (think, deli bars and salad bars) are at a higher risk for for cross-contamination. Be cautious when consuming foods from these areas, or try to avoid them altogether.
