While we focus on Allergy Friendly topics, brand and foods here at Mambo Sprouts, we asked our awesome friends at Enjoy Life Foods a few questions.

Mambo Sprouts: Tell us your company's story.

MS: Are your products made in a dedicated facility?

ELF: Our bakery is certified gluten-free and dedicated nut-free. Our new bakery located in Jeffersonville, Indiana was named North America’s LARGEST allergy-friendly bakery!

MS: What are your Free-From tips?

ELF: To us, Free-From doesn’t mean giving up our favorite cookies, chocolate bars, and more. It just means putting a little extra thought and love into creating them safely. We get creative with our ingredients to bring you foods that are safe and delicious. We use nutrient- and flavor-rich grain alternatives such as quinoa, amaranth, and sorghum flour. Instead of eggs, we use baking powder, flax, and applesauce. Learn more about our ingredients at enjoylifefoods.com!
