If it were socially acceptable to live off of appetizers and desserts, I would be the first one to sign up. In all honesty, I’m usually full by the time the appetizers are put away and not ready to eat again until the first pie is pulled out of the oven. There are just too many delicious dips, spreads, and miniature dishes to try that I can’t bear to leave them untouched; and with the holidays coming up, the options are only going to get greater! It’s a pretty big dilemma I face, but the real struggle is finding a way to stay gluten-free while dreams about crackers and flour-covered snacks dance in my head.
