- Q. I signed up to receive your mailer and haven't received it yet - why? A. It typically takes three to six months for your information to register into our database. If you do not receive our mailer after that time, please contact Mambo Sprouts at customerservice@mambosprouts.com.
- Q. I've moved and need to update my address. How can I update my information? A. Please visit our Sign-Up! page on our website to update your profile.
- Q. I'd like to be removed from your mailing list. How can I do so? A. If you'd like to be removed from our mailing list, please e-mail customerservice@mambosprouts.com with your full name and address.
- Q. Why can't I receive your mailer where I live? A. At this time, we only mail to the following regions: Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Baltimore/Washington, DC, Chicago, Denver/Boulder, Seattle, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. We are currently pursuing other regions to mail to so please continue to check back to see if we've added your region. Otherwise, please visit our Store Locator to find our coupons books in a store near you.
- Q. How many times a year to you send your mailer? A. We currently mail to homes three (3) times a year. You can expect to receive our mailers in February (Winter), April (Spring) and October (Fall). Additionally, you can find us in-stores at these times as well as in November (Whole Foods only) and July (Summer).
- Q. Is Mambo Sprouts a store? A. No, we are a marketing company that provides information and savings on health, natural and organic products.
- Q. Can you send samples of the current products? A. We currently only provide samples during our Go Mambo! tour, and other various promotions throughout the year. Continue to check back on our website, as well as in our coupon books and newsletter to see when these opportunities become available. - Q. Can the coupons be used at any store? A. Our coupons can be used at almost any retailer where those products are found.
- Q. Why can't I find the coupon booklets at my local store? A. Our coupon booklets are only distributed at select retailers. To find the store nearest you that distributes our coupon books, please visit the Store Locator section on our website.
- Q. Do all participating stores accept e-coupons? A. Yes, most of stores will accept e-coupons.
- Q. Are the coupons found in the books the same as the e-coupons found on your website? A. Yes, we have various coupons in our booklets as well as e-coupons.
- Q. Does Mambo Sprouts sell their database information? A. No, we DO NOT sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties. For more information, please view our privacy policy.
- Q. I'd like to stop my subscription to Health E-News. How do I do this? A. You can do so by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the e-newsletter, or you can also visit our Sign Up! page on our website and click on the "unsubscribe" option.
- Q. I have an event/fundraiser coming up in my area and would like to have Mambo Sprouts participate. What do I need to do? A. Mambo Sprouts would be happy to send our coupon books to your event (depending on availability). Please e-mail us (customerservice@mambosprouts.com) the event information, mailing address, and date of event. Also, let us know the quantity of books you're requesting.
- Q. I filled out a survey online from Mambo Sprouts/MamboTrack and never received my free coupon/gift. Why? A. Incentives from our surveys are fulfilled through the participating manufacturer, not Mamb o Sprouts. Once your survey is submitted, you should allow 8-10 weeks for fulfillment.
- Q. When will your next recipe contest be? If I win, how do I claim my prize? A. Generally, if we are going to run our recipe contest, we begin promoting it in our Spring issue. Information will be posted on our website as well. If you are a winner, your prize will be sent to you directly from the participating sponsor of your category. Please allow 8-10 weeks after notification for fulfillment of your prize.
- Q. I'd like your Go Mambo! van to stop by my event/fundraiser. How do I make this request? A. Please e-mail us at customerservice@mambosprouts.com to submit details. We will consider your event/fundraiser, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to fulfill your request.
